We are getting geared up for the Sunday event. It is going to be a tough day what with 18+ speakers on diverse topics.
The key challenge is going to be keeping to the schedule.
And here’s where you (the audience) can help.
Get in there early.
ISB is a large campus, the parking is 200-odd m from the gate. The auditorium is a good 5 min walk from parking. If you want to take in the ambience, including the scenic lawns, some great art (Don’t miss the Hussain on your left) and innovative architecture, please plan another 5 mins.
The registration desk will be open from 8.00 am and we plan to start the program at 9.00 am SHARP. Allow for 10 mins at the registration desk for us to verify your booking before letting you in. Plan to be seated latest by 8.45 am.
If you plan to sit with your friends in a group or would prefer to sit closer to the stage please arrive early.
There is no fixed seating, so the earlier you come , the better your chances of finding a seat that you will like. With so much to imbibe, belive me you will want to be comforably seated.
PLEASE put your mobile phones in silent mode (or better switch them off) so that you & your fellow audience can listen to the speeches without being interrupted.
During the tea/lunch breaks honour the timings and get back to your seats on time.
Try to bring as little baggage with you as possible, it will make your & the security folks life easy.
Please respect our hosts (ISB) rules at all time,
If in doubt ask one of the volunteers .
Ok, with the housekeeping details out of the way sit back, open your minds & get ready to experience the power of ideas worth spreading.
