- Do come early. Allow time for security check and a long picturesque walk to the auditorium.
- Get your tickets or the invoice print out [ if booked online.]
- Be seated in the auditorium by 8.45 AM. TEDxHitechCity starts sharp at 9.00 AM.
- There are no seat reservations. First 4 rows are reserved for speakers & their invitees
- We encourage you to tweet [and][or] live blog during the event. You are allowed to carry your laptop and Mobile Phone. Wi-Fi will be available.
- Networking with the attendees is as much a part of TEDx as the speakers, so introduce yourself & socialize.
- There will be 3 breaks during the program: one-coffee break in the morning & one-more in the evening and a lunch break.
- Photography / Videography are strictly not allowed.
- No eatables allowed inside the auditorium.
- Mobile phones should be put in silent mode.
- Avoid movement in/out of the auditorium during the talks or keep to a minimum to avoid disruption to the speaker, other attendees & videography.
- There is no Q&A session after the talks but you can interact with the speakers during the coffee breaks, lunch & the networking session in the evening
