He was one of the organizers of Chennai International Screenwriting Workshop, Global PAN-IIT 2008 Conference, TEDxChennai, ExtraMural Lecture Series, JaagoRe Voting Campaign to name a few. Nimit has been an active participant in many television debates, discussions and stories on NDTV between 2007 and 2009.
He represented India at AIUYF 2008 in Australia. He also successfully completed the Vox Bandicoot training program on “Sustainability Leadership in 21st Century” in Sydney. You name it, he does it. Be it sports, film-making, cultural activities, social work, academics, editing or content writing. His interests are varied and he pursues them with a rigor.
